Abbie Robinson 

Abbie is a marketing and communications professional and dog training enthusiast. She began teaching classes at Barks and Rec. in 2023 and is especially interested in puppy socialization, enrichment, and dog sports.

Abbie is a Certified Professional Dog trainer - Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT) and a member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC). She is passionate about helping dogs and their people gain confidence and improve their relationships through fun, reward-based training. 

Abbie is a strong advocate for animal welfare and is a graduate of the Fear Free Shelters Program. She regularly volunteers at Cherryland Humane Society and has fostered over 19 dogs and puppies for local rescue organizations.

In her spare time, Abbie actively trains and competes in a variety of dog sports with her own three dogs including scent work, agility, rally, dock diving, frisbee, and trick training.
